Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to join our Global Digital Marketing Team. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing the global paid social strategy to drive optimal results for G-STAR RAW.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Paid Social Team Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive paid social strategy.
- Build and optimize campaigns across the full marketing funnel, including brand, prospecting, and performance.
- Analyze daily results and optimize campaigns based on set KPIs.
- Support local initiatives and tests in collaboration with local marketing teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising possibilities and ensure G-STAR RAW is an early adopter.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Ecom, BI, UX, Creative, and Regional teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as Meta and agencies.
- Report to the Paid Social Team Lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns across the full digital marketing funnel and working with large budgets across multiple countries.
- Ability to represent the paid social channel and drive continuous improvement to enable further scaling.
