Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to lead the creation and execution of our global paid social strategy. As a key member of our Digital Marketing Team, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing campaigns across the full marketing funnel, analyzing results, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid social strategy to drive brand awareness, prospecting, and performance
- Build and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Analyze campaign results and optimize for improved performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the E-Commerce team, Creative team, and Regional teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a focus on large budgets and multi-country campaigns
- Proven track record of driving business growth through social media advertising
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
