G-Star is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing the global paid social strategy to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Paid Social Team Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive paid social strategy across the full marketing funnel.
- Build and optimize campaigns in the paid social channel, analyzing results on a daily basis and making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Support local initiatives and tests, working closely with local marketing teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising possibilities and ensure G-Star is an early adopter, testing new features and technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Ecom, BI, UX, Creative, and Regional teams, as well as external stakeholders, such as Meta and agencies.
- Report into the Paid Social Team Lead, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communications.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns across the full digital marketing funnel, with a proven track record of success.
- Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics, with experience in working with large budgets across multiple countries.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in the Fashion and/or Retail industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.
