¿Buscar dar tus primeros pasos en el mundo profesional?En Talent Clue estamos buscando al nuevo/a #TChuman junior para nuestro equipo de Customer SupportTalent Clue es una empresa con más de 10 años de experiencia que evoluciona continuamente un software de reclutamiento para humanizar los procesos de selección y ayudar a los equipos de RR.HH. a ser más efectivos y a atraer talento.Te moverás en un entorno de Tecnología, Marketing y Recursos Humanos, realizando variadas tareas para dar soporte al Customer Success Manager.¿Qué hace el equipo de Customer Support?Este equipo es el encargado de dar soporte de primer nivel a todos nuestros clientes en el chat y por mail. Los cuidamos para que se sientan muy cómodos con Talent Clue, resolviendo todas sus dudas y dando respuesta a sus peticiones.¿Qué harás?Responder a llamadas y peticiones de nuestros clientes (serás el primer punto de contacto con ellos).Atender el chat para ayudar a nuestros clientes, estando en contacto directo con ellos para resolver sus dudas o incidencias.Reportar las incidencias al equipo de Soporte Nivel Dos utilizando nuestro software de ticketing.Actualizar el manual de usuario y centro de ayuda para que esté al día hasta el último detalle.Documentar los procesos internos del departamento.Realizar estadísticas del servicio y analizar los resultados.Detectar puntos de mejora que faciliten la vida a nuestros clientes y a los #TChumans.Ayudarnos a crecer dando soporte en las diferentes tareas diarias del departamento.Tú eres...Trustworthy: la gente puede confiar en ti.
