We are looking for a Junior Helpdesk Intern to join our Barcelona based team.

As a Junior Helpdesk Intern, you will work closely with our IT team to provide technical assistance and support to our employees. You will have the opportunity to learn about various IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to improving our overall IT infrastructure. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in IT support to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems working with our MDM, JamfPro, Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint.
- Document and track support requests using our JIRA ticketing system.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong passion for technology and willingness to learn
- Ideal proven knowledge working with macOS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
