You'll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including products like EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFront.Key job responsibilities include:Building solutions, providing technical guidance, and advocating for the customerEnsuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexityDeveloping trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challengesDriving technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk managementConsulting with a range of partners from developers to C-suite executivesCollaborating with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account ManagersProactively finding opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWSProviding detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, and detailed pre-launch planningSolving a variety of problems as customers migrate their workloads to the cloudUplifting customer capabilities by running workshops and brown bag sessionsA day in the life: As we continue to rapidly expand in EMEA, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills while working with talented cloud technologists and gaining AWS certifications.About the team: We're passionate about supporting the needs of our people and their family members.
