Estamos en búsqueda de un HRBP para una empresa del sector retail / automoción ubicada en Madrid Norte.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Formulación y ejecución de estrategias dentro del área de RRHH.
- Eficacia organizativa en todas las áreas de la compañía.
- Cultura y compromiso por parte de los empleados.
- Gestión del cambio.
- Asegurar el rendimiento.
- Gestionar el talento dentro de la compañía.
- Desarrollo de carrera dentro de la compañía.
- Recompensas totales y reconocimiento.
- Relaciones laborales.
- Tecnología de RRHH
- Administrar y gestionar el presupuesto de área de RRHH.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura / Máster en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado (idealmente dentro de Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Derecho y / o campo de desarrollo organizacional);
- Conocimientos técnicos: preferiblemente Office 365 y SAP HR (EC / SuccessFactors)
- Capaz de priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Excelentes conocimientos de inglés
- Mínimo de 7-10 años de experiência en diferentes áreas de RRHH
- Experiência de trabajo en una organización global y matricial de negocios y RRHH
- Viajes internacionales : bajos (5%-10%)
