Job Title: Operational HR Business Partner Global Bu Functions

About the Role:

Hitachi Energy Spain is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support the global Functions in our Grid Integration Business Unit (BU). The HRBP will partner with the Head of HRBP Grid Integration and the different BU Function leaders to drive transformation and growth, implementing HR focus areas on talent development, ensuring relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and employees in the respective functions to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies.
  • Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues, acting as a consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to leaders.
  • Oversee implementation of HR processes for direct reports and global teams to the BU Functions, ensuring compliance with Group policy and guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of the operating model and optimize organization structures and principles in line with global rules and standards.
  • Support on development actions in line with Grid Integrations Career Journey to drive function excellence in partnership with HUB and other Function HRBPs.
  • Implement learning and development activities to build and improve technical, functional and leadership competence in collaboration with the HR Talent team.
  • Identify and build talent bench strength together with the leaders in the organization.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of Human Resource generalist experience, including experience in a global, multi-national matrix environment.
  • Strong track record and passion in operationalizing transformation, organizational and talent development.
