.We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team.At Milestone, "People First" is more than just a slogan. As a Senior Modern Workplace Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in making flexible work a reality for our global team of 1,500+ employees.Your primary responsibilities are:Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.Help develop and implement our roadmap for modern endpoint management solutions.Breakdown features into user stories and ensure timely delivery.Serve as the company's primary expert on modern endpoint management.Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions.Most of the days are spent improving the way we can manage our Endpoints, modernizing our DW infrastructure, implementing new tools/services, developing communication and training content, solving some problems escalated to us, or creating technical documentation. We need to maintain consistency and grant security across these activities.As we work in an Agile environment, we do all this prioritizing our backlog, planning our sprints, refining our stories, and reviewing our work.What you bring:Expertise in modern endpoint management solutions, including:Microsoft IntuneMicrosoft Configuration Manager and co-managementOSD and AutopilotActive Directory and Entra IDWindows 10/11, MacOS, LinuxExperience deploying and managing iOS, Android, and mobile appsFluency in EnglishWillingness to mentor and train IT colleagues through workshops and technical documentationSolid experience with endpoint security solutions, for example:Microsoft Defender for EndpointJust In Time elevation solutionsThe Team We are a team of three people committed to our mission:Empower our colleagues to be productive and smoothly collaborate in a flexible, reliable, and smartly managed Digital Workplace through technology and knowledge.We operate in a hybrid setup, meeting at our 22@ office a couple of times per week to enjoy team time and connect with our fantastic colleagues in Barcelona.Welcome to Milestone Systems At Milestone you will experience a positive and welcoming environment with a global and diverse culture.
