About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team at Milestone Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in making flexible work a reality for our global team of 1,500+ employees.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Help develop and implement our roadmap for modern endpoint management solutions.
  • Break down features into user stories and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as the company's primary expert on modern endpoint management.
  • Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • Expertise in modern endpoint management solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager, and co-management.
  • Experience deploying and managing iOS, Android, and mobile apps.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Willingness to mentor and train IT colleagues through workshops and technical documentation.
  • Solid experience with endpoint security solutions, such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Just In Time elevation solutions.
