We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Modern Workplace Engineer to join our Digital Workplace team.

**Your primary responsibilities are**:

- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Help develop and implement our roadmap for modern endpoint management solutions.
- Breakdown features into user stories and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the company's primary expert on modern endpoint management.
- Provide operational support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth integration of new solutions.

Most of the days are spent improving the way we can manage our Endpoints, modernizing our DW infrastructure, implementing new tools/services, developing communication and training content, solving some problems escalated to us, or creating technical documentation. We need to maintain consistency and grant security across these activities.

As we work in an Agile environment, we do all this prioritizing our backlog, planning our sprints, refining our stories, and reviewing our work.

**What you bring**:
Expertise in modern endpoint management solutions, including:

- Microsoft Intune
- Microsoft Configuration Manager and co-management
- OSD and Autopilot
- Active Directory and Entra ID
- Windows 10/11, MacOS, Linux
- Experience deploying and managing iOS, Android, and mobile apps
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to mentor and train IT colleagues through workshops and technical documentation

Solid experience with endpoint security solutions, for example:

- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Just In Time elevation solutions
