In our team, you will find people with a great passion for technology, a collaborative attitude, and a positive mindset for overcoming challenges.Skills and experiencesProfound knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other Microsoft 365 services and Azure Open AI.
Experience designing solutions from a technical architecture perspective.Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop comprehensive solutions.
Experience in the technical presales of solutions and developing client proposals.Experience in leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technology adoption.
A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.Highly customer-focused with commercial sensitivity.
Able to develop customer relationships.
Commitment to understanding client needs, develop business in some accounts and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.Passion for technology, continuously learning and staying updated with new developments and announcements to apply them in our daily work.About youMinimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft 365 solutions, with extensive experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications in modern work environments.
Knowledge in Azure Open AI platform will be positively valued.Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions.Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar will be positively valued.What you will doDesign, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to meet business needs.
Develop technical value propositions which address customer needs and positively differentiate Avanade.Provide expert guidance on best practices for the deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot.Conduct assessments and create roadmaps for the adoption of modern work solutions, lead workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot
