We are on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative to join our Spanish sales team in Barcelona. If you would like to join one of the fastest growing scale-ups in Europe, where you can have a sustainable impact with your everyday job, read further

You will mainly contribute to and work on one key strategic objective: the commercial growth of Sensorfact. Currently we already have 1800+ customers. If you join our team, you will work on further expanding our client portfolio and revenue. 

You will: Conduct customer research (prospect leads);Reach out to potential high value customers via phone, email or video call;Convince business owners and senior executives of our value proposition;Convert leads by setting up product demonstrations with the potential customers and our Account Executives;Actively invest in your sales skills and career via our training program and rapid growth path (to Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development) that we offer Sales Development Representatives. #LI-BELIZAt least 6+ months of experience in a customer facing role;You have experience in cold calling and/or outbound sales;You have a "hunter" mentality. You (would) love the challenge of outbound sales and convincing leads of our value proposition;Strong communication skills in Spanish (native level) and English;You value drive, intelligence and honesty and you are a coachable team player.You can play a key role in the expansion of our company in new markets, by using your commercial skills to make substantial contributions to Sensorfact's growth and an environment with less industrial waste and low emissions;You can make an investment in your sales career because of the training and rapid growth path (Junior Account Executive or Team Lead Sales Development) that we offer to our Sales Development Representatives;We have an open culture where you get a lot of freedom and where taking ownership is valued;We like to have you around, but you also get the opportunity to work remote (abroad) for up to 2 months per year;Legendary lunches, drinks and other activities with colleagues;Competitive base salary and uncapped bonus;
