Create a relationship of trust with customers, anticipate needs, and act with agility and flexibility in the face of any situation that may arise.What we are looking for:? Ability to handle service requests, solve problems, and manage risky situations in a timely and professional manner. Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. Knowledge in ITIL systems.? Preferable experience in aviation and IT/Telecommunications. Solid technical experience and problem-solving skills.About you: You love interacting with clients: Main point of contact, ensure effective communication, and understand client requirements. 2-4 years in IT Background. Strong knowledge of Network and Infrastructure is a must. Experience with troubleshooting and incidence management directly with clients.? Knowledge in the Cloud. Azure is a plus.
