DescriptionIf you love providing outstanding employee experiences; then join us as a People Operations Specialist It's a unique opportunity to run and lead compensation and compliance for our fast-growing Operations in Spain. You'll be part of our Global People Operations Team who work across Europe. You will work hand in hand with experienced professionals creating an effective, safe and fun work environment for our AirHelpers internationally.
What you'll do: Take ownership of all People Administration tasks for our employees working in Spain. Create, distribute and manage employment documents throughout the entire employee lifecycle process. Ensure our Operations are compliant to the regulations of the Union contract. Run payroll for Spain and contribute to effective payroll processing for other geographies. Administer benefits for Spain and contribute towards effective administration in other geos. Ensure that our work environment is compliant with Spanish Health&Safety regulations. Advise People Managers in labor compliance. Play a key role in new employee People onboarding. Update and maintain employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner. Provide accurate reports, internally and to external partners. Contribute to any additional Global People Projects. Manage international assignments. Good understanding of Spanish labor law regulations. Experience in payroll processing. Interest in Health & Safety compliance. Interest in working in an international team with cross-border collaboration. Drive for results and have a getting-things-done attitude. Proactivity and ability to manage your own work. Strong attention to detail. Good writing skills. Good MS Excel skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn. Fluency in Spanish and English Knowledge of the Portuguese language will be an added value.
