Apply now to join an international company, This is your opportunityTasksAs an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:- Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met- Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints- Overseeing the region's entire OTC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting- Gather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholders- Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutionsRequirementsYou're the person we're looking for if:- You have at least 5-6 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, AR or Collections and 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor- You speak a native or near-native level of French- You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
