Do you have solid experience as a Supervisor in Billing, Collections or Accounts Receivable? Do you speak a native level of French? Apply now to join an international company, This is your opportunity Our client is an international company located in the heart of Barcelona. As an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are metSupervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints Overseeing the region's entire OTC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reportingGather relevant information about all the O2C processes for reporting to the stakeholdersContribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions
Requirements
You're the person we're looking for if:You have at least 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor and around 5-6 years of experience as a specialist in Order to Cash, Billing, AR or CollectionsYou speak a native or near-native level of FrenchYou have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.You have an University degreeYou have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilientYou're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)You have good negotiation / coaching skills as well as good problem-solving skills
