TasksAs an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met
- Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints
- Overseeing the region's entire OTC process
- Gather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholders
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutions
RequirementsYou're the person we're looking for if: - You have around 3 years of experience as a Team leader/Supervisor in Order to Cash, Billing, AR, AP or Credit & Collections
- You speak a native or near-native level of French
- You speak an advanced level of English
- You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.
- You have an University degree
- You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilient
- You're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
