Do you speak a native level of French?Apply now to join an international company in BarcelonaTasksAs an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are metSupervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaintsOverseeing the region's entire OTC processGather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholdersContribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutionsRequirementsYou're the person we're looking for if:You have around 3 years of experience as a Team leader/Supervisor in Order to Cash, Billing, AR, AP or Credit & CollectionsYou speak a native or near-native level of FrenchYou speak an advanced level of EnglishYou have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools.
