Do you have solid experience as a Supervisor in Billing, Collections or Accounts Receivable? Do you speak a native level of French? Apply now to join an international company, This is your opportunityTasksAs an Order to Cash Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring that the team's KPIs/metrics are met
  • Supervising and managing the OTC team, including participating in the recruitment process, conducting performance appraisals, boosting their performance and resolving complaints
  • Overseeing the region's entire OTC process including customer master maintenance, credit administration, billing cycle, collection activities, cash application processes and AR related management reporting
  • Gather relevant information about all the OTC processes for reporting to the stakeholders
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new systems and business process solutionsRequirementsYou're the person we're looking for if:
  • You have at least 5-6 years of experience in Order to Cash, Billing, AR or Collections and 3 years as a Team leader/Supervisor
  • You speak a native or near
  • native level of French
  • You have an advanced command of Excel and other Microsoft tools. Any other OTC related software is a plus.
  • You have an University degree
  • You have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • You're flexible, organized, proactive and highly resilient
  • You're a strong team player and strive to improve processes (continuous improvement)
