Invoicing Specialist with Native French

Page Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist with native level of French to join our team in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Operations: Support the assigned region and overall Billing and Disputes as needed, ensuring accurate and timely account set-up and updates.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with local finance teams, Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to ensure quality customer interaction and improve satisfaction.
- Dispute Resolution: Escalate relevant matters to the Order to Cash Supervisor if needed, and ensure proper handling of client and customer disputes.
- Financial Management: Monitor billing transactions, generate accurate and timely invoices, and credit notes if applicable, for customers.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and propose to the Supervisor Order to Cash, supporting selected projects.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Order to Cash, Billing and Collections or Customer Service.
- Language Skills: Fluent in French and English as business languages.
- Education: High School, Vocational Certificate, or Post Secondary Diploma.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ownership, with the ability to influence and develop relations at all levels.
- Education: University Degree.
- Language Skills: Other European Languages.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
