Specifically, she/he will drive best in class practices to assist the department to ensure services delivery excellence, and will contribute to a high performance environment in order to achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Your main tasks:Provide post sales technical support, configurations, troubleshooting, and standard methodologies to customers via phone, e-mail, and web,Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner,Use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues,Maintaining customer documentation,Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business,Analyzing system requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of systems,Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems,Provide on-call support on an as needed basis.Please note you must be able to work in shifts
