Descriptif du poste Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise en pleine croissance et développer vos compétences managériales ?
En rejoignant Walter Learning, vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans une équipe commerciale structurée et un environnement bienveillant.
En tant que Manager de proximité, votre objectif premier sera de faire croître les ventes par l'accompagnement de votre équipe de vente.
Les Missions S'articulent Autour Des Axes Suivants Recrutement (10%) : Participer à la constitution de vos équipes commerciales en faisant passer les seconds entretiens.
Formation des équipes (20%) : Veiller à la réussite de l'intégration, à la formation théorique et pratique des nouveaux commerciaux.
Supervision de l'activité commerciale (50%) : Accompagner chaque commercial dans sa montée en compétences en mettant en place divers challenges, coaching, mise en situation, jeux de rôles, double écoute, management de proximité.
Pilotage de la performance (20%): Driver les résultats de l'équipe en apportant des pistes d'amélioration.
En résumé, votre rôle sera d'encadrer, d'animer et de fédérer votre équipe.
