Client Success Lead, Spain (6 Months Maternity Cover) Client Success Lead, Spain (6 Months Maternity Cover) Responsibilities The Client Success Lead for GBS Spain is responsible for driving the CST organization forward. This role manages programs, works with cross functions, and coordinates the CST community. As part of the leadership team, the role partners closely with group vertical directors and agency directors, and leads the analytics team for GBS UK. Drive technical strategic programmes through the sales organisation, e.G., signals, product adoption/acceleration. Lead analytics function. Optimise reporting, identify and validate hypotheses, and make recommendations into product and the sales team. Improve the usage of data by developing new scorecarding/metrics (e.G., signals score equivalent - "performance optimal"). Support the CSM community and represent them at LT level. Conduct off sites, sponsor training, and optimise processes. Guide performance management and initiate a virtuous cycle of taking action off the back of insight. Drive product sales strategy, with a focus on increasing ARPA. Lead GBS UK collaboration with the global product organisation in collaboration with PSO. Show optimism in the face of change and lead the team through ambiguity. Guide the team to be grounded, courageous, and to aim for the highest. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Extensive experience working in advertising sales/digital media. Expert understanding of digital ad products, technologies, and industry ecosystem. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.
