As part of our Database team, you will be responsible for:Manage and perform database maintenance and performance.Implement customer requirements, resolve technical issues quickly and thoroughly, and involve partner teams in problem resolution.Install, configure, and maintain DB2 LUW instances and Microsoft SQL instances.Manage the compliance process (configuration related security processes, access management, patch management, etc.).Manage migration processes.Collaborate with development teams to optimize processes and procedures.In this team, you will work with Spain and other foreign countries, so it is essential to speak Spanish and English.At Kyndryl, we offer professional development. In addition to training and skills improvement programs, you will have the possibility to get certified in the main platforms and work with a variety of clients to learn as much as possible.Requirements:At least three years of experience managing Microsoft SQL databases in Windows environments and DB2 databases in Unix/Linux environments.Knowledge of scripting to automate processes.Knowledge of high availability environments:MS SQL Server ClusterDB2 HADRBasic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, AIX, Linux), backup, monitoring, and storage.Valuable:Knowledge of other database managers such as Sybase and PostgreSQL will be a plus.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from; it's how we think and who we are.
