Founded in 2015, papernest is a French startup and member of the French Tech 120, which helps individuals manage their contracts and subscriptions on a daily basis.
Our platform enables individuals to combine, terminate and subscribe to all their housing contracts - electricity, gas, internet box, mobile, home insurance - in just a few clicks.
Today, housing contracts; tomorrow, all those of daily life: transport, streaming, gyms, etc. papernest's ambition is to become the platform from which anyone can centralise, optimise and terminate all their subscriptions.
Since 2015, papernest has grown considerably: more than 1M customers, 1000 employees, 4 markets in Europe and offices in Paris, Barcelona, Reims and Warsaw.
This year marks 10 years since we launched the idea that simplifying our customers' lives is possible by offering an innovative solution that allows them to easily subscribe to, manage, and switch all types of contracts through a unique and intuitive platform.
In that time, we have supported more than 1.5 million customers in France, Spain, and Italy, while investing in new verticals and positioning ourselves as a highly efficient, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a rapidly growing market.

As Sales Enablement Manager you will play a key role to the success of the Inside Sales and Account Management of the B2B department. You will be responsible to design and to implement sales enablement strategies and programmes that boost sales productivity and effectiveness. You will be equipping our sales teams with training, content and tools they need to effectively engage with clients and drive sales. This role involves working closely with Sales, SalesOps, Product and Marketing teams.
Your responsibilitiesTraining & Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs.Create onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure a smooth integration into the team.Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.Provide coaching to Sales RepresentativesContent & Resources: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and product collateralsEnsure that all sales resources are up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted sales content.Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices and standardized procedures to enhance sales efficiency.Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and tactics.Design and implement sales programs to improve our productivity and effectiveness with partnersPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.Provide regular reports and feedback to sales leadership.Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.Technology & Tools: Identify and manage best sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., sales enablement software).Train the sales team on the effective use of these tools to maximize productivity.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management to understand product features and benefits.Partner with marketing to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns.Collaborate with sales leadership to align enablement strategies with business goals. Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, sales management or a related role.Proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.Good level of understating of CRM systems and sales enablement tools (e.g. HubSpot, Highspot).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.Ideally you speak French at native level and have good level of SpanishWhat we offer : Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
