We are the world's #1 app for saving food from going in the bin.
We work with thousands of restaurants and food retailers to make their surplus food available to local consumers.
The magic of Too Good To Go has been expanding rapidly across Europe and the US, with over 128 million meals saved across 17 countries to date.

For us, it's simple:the bigger we get, the better placed we will be to make a difference.Your missionWe are looking for a true leader to join our company and support our local team in Spain.
You will be leading a team of +148 people and will have a management team, leading the Sales, Key Account Management, Success (Customer Care), Marketing and People & Culture (HR) functions.
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and have 16 Country Managers as peers.
You will drive the market strategy for Spain and run the daily operations.

Dreaming of a world with no food waste, you will carry on a strategic positioning to truly influence the overall ecosystem.You will be leading, supporting, and challenging your local management team, inspiring people to bring their best.You will be the point of contact in your country and collaborate with other Country Managers and Global Teams to grow the movement around the world.RequirementsLeadership experience:You have experience being a Country Manager, Managing Director, or General Manager leading teams of +50 people.You have solid experience being a manager of managers.You are a high-growth leader.Skills:Agile, highly communicative, and obsessed with finding the right people and putting them in the right roles to shine.Relevant experience in leading high-growth organizations, preferably a digital marketplace.You know how to recruit the best talent, develop top talent, and manage underperforming teammates.You have a strategic mindset: you have a plan and allocate resources accordingly.You can prioritise tasks efficiently in order to meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
