Who are we? Galeneo Health is a decentralized hospital that provides healthcare services outside of the hospital environment. Most of the services we offer are carried out at the patient's home. At Galeneo Health , our goal is to provide healthcare systems with access to standardized, regulated, and real-time monitored medical procedures, efficiently in person, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We work as a team with a collaborative spirit and a service-oriented attitude. What are we looking for? At Galeneo Health , we are seeking an individual to lead our B2B sales area, with the aim of connecting with new clients who want to collaborate with us. What will be your tasks? Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to promote our services. Identify and attract potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other relevant stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Manage and grow existing client portfolios, providing a high level of service and attention to meet customer needs and expectations. Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and sales terms with corporate clients. Collaborate with other internal departments, including marketing, operations, administration to ensure effective coordination and comprehensive service delivery. Requirements: What minimum requirements do you need to meet? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Desirable). +5 years of solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector. Positive experience in entrepreneurship and/or in the same position in a health-tech startup is highly valued. Documentation to work in Spain. Bank account in your name. Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.
