Multinacional dinámica e innovadora del sector servicios & industria B2B precisa incorporar REGIONAL SALES MANAGER para gestionar el canal de intermediación para la zona Centro, Noroeste y Sur de España.

El grupo cuenta con más de 1.200 empleados en España en sedes distribuidas por todo el territorio, incluyendo operaciones, servicios y organización comercial multicanal.

**Reportando al Dtor Comercial y Marketing será responsable de**:

- Liderar un equipo de ventas de 10 personas para el territorio Centro, Noroeste y Sur de España.
- Definición e implementación de proyectos comerciales y planes de acción que garanticen el crecimiento sostenible y el desarrollo de negocio en su zona.
- Performance management y desarrollo del equipo de ventas, potenciando sus capacidades y desempeño.
- Impulsar acciones comerciales conjuntas y coordinadas con los Dptos de Grandes Cuentas, Marketing y Operaciones, entre otros.
- Detectar oportunidades y toma de decisiones en base al analisis de KPI's, competencia, tendencias de mercado, metricas de rendimientos, etc.
- Participar en equipos de trabajo transversal a nível nacional e internacional.
- Formación univesitaria, idealmente complementada con postgrado o master en negocios, ventas o marketing.
- Imprescindible Inglés - nível Advanced (C1)
- Experiência demostrada de no menos de 3 años en puesto de responsabilidad comercial y liderando equipos de ventas en sector B2B.
- Experiência previa en desarrollo de mercados, negocio y personas.
- Valoraremos experiência en proyectos transformadores y de gestión del cambio en redes comerciales.
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Residencia Madrid o Barcelona.
