As an Intercompany Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our EMEA Intercompany Order to Cash processes, ensuring seamless operations and helping drive customer satisfaction.
Your Role:
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for executing Corteva's Order to Cash processes with precision and efficiency. You'll actively identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational excellence, all while adhering to Corteva's best practices, compliance, and internal controls. Your focus will be on delivering world-class service and ensuring the best customer experience across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Order to Cash processes effectively, ensuring smooth transactions.
Serve as the focal point for intercompany inquiries and billing.
Prepare and manage month-end close activities.
Oversee GranularLink process execution and Pioneer Hi-Bred Switzerland (PHS) third-party sales management.
Coordinate with teams to resolve issues and track defect fixes.
Drive improvements in Order to Cash processes through ad-hoc projects.
Key Collaborations:
You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams, including:
Customer Service and Commercial Sales
Supply and Warehousing functions
Controllership, IT, and Intercompany Specialists

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:
A university degree is desirable but not required.
2-3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with SAP (S4 & PR2) and Microsoft Office.
Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes.
Intercompany process knowledge is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
