At Mizuno Italy we're looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team.

About the job

Mizuno Italy is looking for a Customer Service Manager to employ in its Customer Service office in Italy. In particular, the candidate will be in charge of leading the Customer Service team.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

  • Coordination of the Customer Service divisions in France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands working with the Customer Service Specialists, within a multicultural team;
  • Coordination and control of all phases of order management and shipping and management of returns and complaints;
  • Coordination with the Logistics operator;
  • Order progress and turnover reporting;
  • Lead all staff members of the Customer Service department (more than 15 staff).

What we expect from you:

  • 10 years' Customer Service experience in a similar position and sector;
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and pressured environment;
  • Proficient use of Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).

Soft Skills:

  • Coordination and problem-solving skills.
