Empresa industrial especializada en la venta e instalación de equipos y accesorios para el pintado y tratado de superficies necesita incorporar un Assistant Administrativo/a para ofrecer apoyo al conjunto de la empresa.
La misión del puesto de Trabajo consiste en:
Asegurar el buen funcionamiento de la empresa realizando labores administrativas tanto a nivel office como a nivel logístico y compras.
TareasOficina
- Canalizar las llamadas, mails, consultas web y los intereses de los clientes que en un inicio nos contactan, e interactuar con ellos de una manera agradable y eficaz.
- Preparar para la gestoría el seguimiento de la facturación, pagos y cobros del trimestre.
- Archivar y organizar documentos, tanto físicos como digitales, incluyendo correos electrónicos, recibos, reportes y otros documentos administrativos.
- Coordinar y agendar reuniones de negocios, entrevistas, citas, eventos corporativos y otras actividades afines.
- Encargarse de la coordinación general de la oficina y resolver cualquier problema o requerimiento administrativo.
Logística y Compras
- Recepcionar las entradas y salidas de mercancías.
- Atender las problemáticas que puedan surgir durante la recepción o distribución de los productos.
- Participar en la preparación del inventario y almacenamiento de los productos.
- Realizar las operaciones de compra de la materia prima nacional/internacional o los productos a comercializar y llevar a cabo un seguimiento de las mismas.
RequisitosExperiencia mínima de 2-3 años desempeñando funciones similares preferiblemente en el sector industrial.CFGM y/o CFGS en Administración y Finanzas o formación similar.Imprescindible nivel medio-avanzado de inglés ya que tanto clientes como proveedores son internacionales.Imprescindible carnet de conducir.Imprescindible nivel alto de Excel.Se valorará conocimiento de un ERP (Odoo, SAP, NAVISION, etc).Se valorará conocimiento en AUTOCAD.Se valorará conocimiento en contabilidad y finanzas.BeneficiosContrato indefinido (con periodo de prueba).Retribución: 25.000-30.000 SBA.Beneficios sociales.Jornada laboral modalidad Presencial: Lunes a Jueves de 8h a 17:15h y Viernes de 8 a 15h (Jornada intensiva en temporada de verano).Formar parte de una empresa sólida y consolidada en el mercado nacional.Formar parte de un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y participativo.Ubicación: Sant Just Desvern.Si te consideras una persona proactiva, dinámica, curiosa y con iniciativa, esta es tu oportunidad.
