You will be specifically supporting The Hopper team, a service function providing Creativity, Intelligence and Business Development capabilities to The Workshop and our affiliated brands by selecting and nurturing the best ideas, products and services to fuel business growth across the B2B SaaS, digital entertainment and digital assets sectors.We love doing new things, and everything we do is informed by creativity, excellence and a solutions-focused approach. This is a role within The Hopper's Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) team, reporting to the Head of Portfolio Delivery. You will be responsible to provide comprehensive support to the leadership team, enabling them to improve the productivity and efficiency of our team. Superb interpersonal skills are vital for this role, as good teamwork is important for our business success. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The Team Executive Assistant is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the ability to identify opportunities for growth.What you'll do- Support the Head of Portfolio Delivery and Senior Director with identifying and resolving day-to-day business matters.- Look at ways to improve efficiency within The Hopper Leadership team.- Work with The Hopper Leadership Team to define the content and plan and execute the logistics of the calendar of regular meetings and events.- Support the organisation of internal events and Town Halls, and help establish best practices for successful events.- Proactively provide meeting minutes/reports and maintain up to date records, including action lists and project logs.- Ensure that business documentation and filing systems are maintained and updated.- Draft and create presentations and other meeting materials.- Monitor the operational budget.- Provide support with ad-hoc projects, when necessary.- Perform other duties as may be required.What you'll bring- Strong initiative and judgment skills with project management experience.- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of professionals.- Motivated self-starter, self-disciplined and team player.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within set deadlines.- Idea minded and target focused with drive, passion and flexibility.- Outstanding organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
