.Global Process Owner for IT Change Management ID: 42686Accountable for the end to end IT Change Management process definition, documentation, trainings, rollout and modeling of supporting tool(s).You will:Develop and continuously optimize global standards for the process and tools, to enhance efficiency and quality in alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Ensure the ongoing functionality, performance, and integration of these tools.Develop and deliver training programs to educate IT staff on the processes and best practices.Ensure compliance and quality control measures for process adherence and data accuracy.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ITSM processes.Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing ITSM process improvements in a global organization.Proficiency in use and development of ServiceNowFluent in English.
