Como parte de este crecimiento de Prodware España estamos buscando incorporar a nuesto departamento de **Data, AI & BI** un/a** Team Lead Data Analyst **ubicado/a en **España,** que combine pasión por la tecnología, audacia y confianza.

**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué harás?**
- Gestión y planificación de las personas a su cargo. Asignación de tareas.
- Coordinar, monitorizar y revisar el trabajo de sus equipo de analistas.
- Aprobar y denegar solicitudes (Vacaciones, Formación.,=).
- Resolver dudas y problemas de su equipo. Técnicas y no técnicas.
- Apoyo al equipo de preventa y comercial. Toma de requerimientos, Propuestas, Demos,.
- Estar al día de los avances tecnológicos.
- Coordinar las personas con los directores de proyecto en las tareas de los mismos.
- Dotar de personal en su equipo.
- Detectar necesidades formativas del equipo.
- Revisión de especificaciones.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué conocimientos requerimos?**
- Experiência de al menos 3 años como Data Analyst.
- Conocimientos:

- Power BI
- Python, Spark.
- Valorable: Tableau, Clickview, Fabric, DataBricks.

**Formación**:

- Informática, Ingeniería o Matemáticas.
- Segundo grado de Económicas, Empresariales o MBA.

**Idiomas**:

- Ingles Profesional
