We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment. In return, we offer the same.The RoleAs a Technical Support Agent, you will be a key player in our Customer Success team. We are looking for someone that will become an expert on our integrations with other platforms such as: ecommerce, banks, email services, API or Zapier.In your day to day, you will:- Resolve user questions educating them on resolutions promptly and professionally.- Collect feedback from users and communicate it to the Product Education department or the Product owners.- Investigate, report and track user bugs, keeping them informed and prioritizing them alongside the Tech team.- Ensure end-user needs are met with a high quality of service provided.- Train the team on new updates and best practices in your expertise area while creating walkthroughs documentation.About youPrevious experience providing support to ERP/Saas users.Good consulting/customer relationship skills, and customer service orientation.Strong technology background, comfortable with manual testing and working across various systems.Ability to analyze and understand complex issues, make technical decisions/recommendations and communicate solutions proactively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and articulate concepts effectively to businesses at all levels.Ability to combine attention to detail whilst understanding the wider business and technology context.Self-starter, motivated, with aptitude and willingness to learn.What it's like to work with us:Permanent contractShort work-day on Fridays26 paid vacation daysFree catered lunch at the officeEnglish/Spanish classesReferral programContinuous Training: annual budget for training for each employeeFully equipped kitchen with snacks, drinks, and fresh fruitTop-notch work equipmentOffice in front of the sea with ping pong, pool table, PlayStation...Interesting projects and a great work environmentAn excellent opportunity to grow with the companyDiscounts on a Gym membershipAt Holded, we do things a bit differently.
