Superficies tecnológicamente avanzadas que permiten crear ambientes y diseños únicos para el hogar y los espacios públicos.Qué estamos buscandoEstamos buscando este rol a nivel nacional para que se encargue de fortalecer nuestra relación comercial con promotoras y propiedades fundamentalmente a través de un posicionamiento efectivo de nuestros productos en este sector. El trato, fidelización y orientación al cliente que necesitamos desarrollar es clave y forma parte de las responsabilidades principales de este rol estableciendo planes de largo plazo con ellos, asegurando un buen servicio de parte de nuestra organización y cuidando los diferentes canales comerciales para que esto sea así.Cuáles serán tus funcionesVENTASDesarrollar y poner en marcha la estrategia establecida por la compañía para incrementar las ventas de nuestros productos en Iberia dentro del apartado de las promotoras y propiedades como cliente principal.Desarrollar, establecer y hacer crecer las relaciones con sus clientes a través de un seguimiento que no se base únicamente en las llamadas, sino también en las visitas, reuniones y participación en eventos que impliquen también a otros agentes implicados en los proyectos y aseguren una relación con ellos de largo plazo.Manejar con soltura la cartera de productos para poder transmitirlos a los clientes y usar sus ventajas competitivas para posicionarse efectivamente en el mercado de Iberia.ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTEEstar en contacto con las promotoras y propiedades, con todos aquellos agentes de cambio y toma de decisiones en los proyectos para priorizar con ellos actividades en el tiempo que nos permita hacer crecer el negocio en esta zona, usando siempre Salesforce como nuestra herramienta de seguimiento, registro y reporte.Comunicar las ventajas y lanzamientos a los clientes para que puedan usarlos en los diferentes proyectos.Colaborar con "partners" locales, regionales y nacionales para aprovechando la coordinación seguir creciendo en cuentas, proyectos y penetración en el mercado.Ser el nexo clave entre la compañía y las promotoras y propiedades asegurando que se dan las condiciones ideales para que la relación fluya y tenga un retorno positivo para ambas partes.BUSINESS INTELLIGENCEPreparar planes de acción para identificar clientes potenciales y proyectos asociados.Trabajar "mano a mano" con los gerentes y el equipo de ventas para conseguir un trabajo coordinado y estratégico
