We're focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: The generation of new ADC business, as well as for the maintenance of existing business.Growing the sales in a particular area of the country, following strictly the ethical code in force and under the company values.Managing the people under your responsibility as a coach in an ethical way with the objective of working towards excellence and supervising and mentoring staff, proactively supporting their professional development.What You'll Do Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.Sales planning and follow-up (establish yearly territory sales plans (Territory Action Plan), implement sales strategies).Coach the people under your responsibility by doing dual visits in the field according to the instructions given by the company.Support the sales representatives in maintaining and expanding customers, collecting information on competitors' sales, prices, benefits, and products, implementing market strategies.Responsible for keeping updated the segmentation and targeting customer file of the district.Empower and favor the work of your team with other departments of the company
