**Unéte al equipo de **Revenue Growth Management **en el rol de **_RGM Analyst_****Esta posición tendrá como responsabilidades principales**:- Definir estrategias a corto y mediano plazo para maximizar los ingresos y el margen bruto a través de un enfoque estructurado y basado en análisis de datos- Realizar análisis de RGM combinando varias fuentes de datos (internas, externas, financieras, de mercado, de consumidores, etc.)
y desarrollar una sólida comprensión de la dinámica de los minoristas, los impulsores de valor y los consumidores- Establecer e implementar recomendaciones sobre estrategias de precios, surtido, promoción y términos comerciales- Liderar la implementación y la integración de iniciativas de RGM en la organización local- Ayudar al mánager a impulsar las ideas e iniciativas de RGM a la alta dirección- Contribuir a la construcción de capacidades de RGM mediante el intercambio de mejores prácticas, la creación de un equipo de alto nível y la recomendación e implementación de herramientas y KPI- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para impulsar el crecimiento de los ingresos en nuevos mercados o canales- Identificar y probar nuevas estrategias de precios, surtido y promoción para impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento de los ingresos**Las habilidades que necesitarás son**:- REQUISITOS ESENCIALES_- Buenas dotes de comunicación e influencia- Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo- Sensible a la estrategia y a los objetivos empresariales- Trabajo en equipo en un equipo multidisciplinar y diverso- Gestión de proyectos- Dominio del inglés (obligatorio)- Al menos 3 años en un puesto similar- Fuerte formación analítica con un enfoque basado en datos- Amplia comprensión de las estrategias de precios, surtido, promoción y términos comerciales- Experiência en la realización de análisis de RGM utilizando fuentes de datos internas y externas, datos financieros, de mercado y de consumidores para desarrollar ideas y recomendaciones- REQUISITOS DESEABLES_Al menos 3 años de experiência relevante al puesto.
