Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Management Intern to join our centralized Revenue Management & Distribution Team at our head office in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our revenue growth strategy and optimizing our pricing strategies across various distribution channels.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Distribution and Revenue Management to onboard new properties and update our existing portfolio across distribution channels.
- Assist in designing and implementing pricing strategies for existing and new markets, both online and offline.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and research to inform pricing decisions.
- Provide data-driven pricing recommendations for new properties.
- Extract, blend, and analyze data to create actionable insights and reports.
- Load rates and restrictions through Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management systems.
- Assist in designing and creating Revenue Management dashboards and cross-system analysis.
- Availability for a period of 6 months, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Currently enrolled in or have recently completed studies in hospitality or business administration/management.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
- At least 6 months of experience in a working environment, preferably in English.
- Eligibility to work in the EU without visa sponsorship and willingness to relocate to Barcelona.
- Proficiency in Excel (tested during the recruitment process).
- A dynamic and creative work environment that values personal development and growth.
- A competitive internship stipend of €600 per month.
- 10 days of paid vacation during the internship.
- A flexible home office policy, with two days of office work per week.
