Revenue Manager

Contribute to the development of budgetary objectives and commercial action plans for future seasons. Ensure price consistency across brands, labels, regions, customers, performance, and competition. Create rates for the Espagne & Andorre perimeter (PVP, Charter, WK, groups). Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, pricing, and market share. Collaborate with the Head of RM, sales, and support of Yield analysts. Participate in the evolution of service tools and processes with other departments. Analyze market share reports. Monitor competitor rates. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, demand patterns, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. Prepare and present revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management. Train and mentor junior revenue management staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools (e.g., RMS, PMS, CRS).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
