Keep readingAsConstruction Services Sourcing Manager, your primary mission will be to develop, manage, and coordinate purchasing activities and processes for civil and electrical and other building services to contribute to the growth of the civil industry.The challenges you will face:Establish requests for quotations (RFQs) and negotiate Civil and Electrical Construction services,and other services for wind turbine configuration, including commercial and operational terms.Establish a base of specialized suppliersand manage purchasing framework and purchasing strategies.Maintain records of acquisitions, such as items or services quoted, purchased, and costs.Provide cost estimatesfor projects in the sales phase.Review bid proposals and negotiate contractswith suppliers.Negotiate terms and conditionsto effectively achieve company and project objectives.Implement and improve process standardsat a global level to facilitate the day-to-day of the activity.Report achievements and challengeson a regular basis.What will make you succeed in the position:Bachelor or master's in engineering (civil and/or electrical).Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement and/or supplier negotiations, preferable in the Civil or Renewable Energy sector.Must:High level in English(min.
C1) and international experience.Good Negotiation and Communication skills.Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, developing strategies for risk prevention/control.Autonomous and flexible.Can do attitude.Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures.We share with you key information about the projectYou are ready to travelfrom time to time within the country or abroad.Autonomy and flexibilityfor the development of your work.Almost 100% teleworkingwith a visit once a week that will help you combine with your work and family life.What the selection process will be like:You will receive aphone call from the Talent Acquisition team, where we can chat about more details of the project, your experience and salary expectations (15 min).If the project catches your attention, you will have afirst online interview with the head of Talent Acquisitionto answer any questions about the project (40 min).The last phase will be aface-to-face technical validation with the person in charge of the projectand you will learn in more detail about what the day-to-day is like (45 min).If you are ready to make a difference in the civil industry, do not hesitate to sign up
