We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer with advanced level of German language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the banking sector .

We are currently in a moment of expansion and growth so we would like to increase our area of consultants. About the Profile We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer with advanced level of German language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the banking sector .
Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers , solving queries about settlements, invoicing and any kind of issue merchants might have.
Dealing with incidents and complaints. Selling the company's products (Buy Now Pay Later) or services according to the different campaigns planned in collaboration with the Business Development team. Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements. Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers Research and prospecting of the market and potential clients. Requirements: 3 years of experience in contact centre , customer service , incident management , complaints . Proficient use of German language. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
