We are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer **with** advanced level **of** German **language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the **banking sect**or**.

***About the Profile***:
We are looking for a **Customer Service Specialist / Telemarketer **with** advanced level **of** German **language to work as an external consultant for one of our clients from the **banking sect**or**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming **calls from customers**, solving queries about settlements, invoicing and any kind of issue merchants might have.
- Dealing with incidents and complaints.
- Selling the company's products (Buy Now Pay Later) or services according to the different campaigns planned in collaboration with the Business Development team.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
- Research and prospecting of the market and potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of experience in **contact centre**, **customer service**, **incident management**, **complaints**.
- **Proficient **use of **German** language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Desirable: knowledge of the banking sector.
