We're on the lookout for German financial services professionals to join the international team at our customer who is assembling a diverse team of investment specialists.

**Working hours**: Full-time contract, 39 hours/week. Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Hours from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tasks

In this role, you'll engage with high-profile clients from one of Europe's leading digital banks. Your responsibilities will include offering savings advice and introducing cutting-edge banking products with attractive returns.
- Provide customer service for banking-related issues like account opening, password locks, transfers, etc.
- Present and promote banking products.
- Adhere to transparency requirements, service information, and client protection regulations related to investment products.
- Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the entity.

**Requirements**:
Education
- Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- C2 proficiency in German.

Experience
- Banking experience is valuable (but not mandatory).
