As a CRM IT Executive in the CRM team you will be in charge of:1st level support for our internal stakeholdersAdministration and supervision of CRM toolsBuilding reports and generating insight to identify opportunitiesCreating & automating workflows e.G to send programmatic communicationsExecuting CRM GDPR requestsManaging big data and evolving our customer data universe to a holistic oneSupporting transversal projects such as referralsWhat you need to succeed:Good to haveBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
