We're seeking an experienced CRM IT Executive to join our CRM team in Barcelona (hybrid) in order to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What you will do:
The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers.

As a CRM IT Executive in the CRM team you will be in charge of:

1st level support for our internal stakeholders Administration and supervision of CRM tools Building reports and generating insight to identify opportunities Creating & automating workflows e.

g to send programmatic communications Executing CRM GDPR requests Managing big data and evolving our customer data universe to a holistic one Supporting transversal projects such as referrals What you need to succeed:

Basic knowledge in HTML/CSS Advanced knowledge in SQL (selects, joins, casts) Strong analytical skill- and mindset Team player, results oriented, self-starter, details-oriented Experience with SalesForce Marketing cloud / Google Big Query is a plus What's in it for you?
