We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our team in the Bilbao office who will be hiring top talent for the business by sourcing, attracting, selecting, and interviewing.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the global TA team of Sibelco, participating in the hiring processes mainly nationally, but also participating in global projects.
In the role of TA Specialist, you will be responsible but not limited to:
Design selection criteria for choosing the optimal recruitment channel and recruitment source.
Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes from resume screening until selection.
Counsel candidates on benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Serve as a brand ambassador at various events like career fairs and on-campus recruiting events.
Advise the business on talent acquisition issues and act as a first point of contact for the business to answer recruitment-related questions.
Build a relationship with the internal customers.
To be successful in the role of TA Specialist, you have:
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent by experience.
At least 5 years experience in a similar role. Ideally with previous agency or corporate recruitment experience for generic positions.
Good knowledge of ATS system specifically Workday is a plus.
Strong relationship builder with sound communication skills and a passion for recruitment.
Self-motivator who goes the extra mile to give candidates a positive experience.
Proficient English & Spanish, both verbal & written.
