El Customer Care Service Dach será la persona responsable de gestionar el proceso de pedido completo, ofrecer asesoramiento del producto y soluciones del producto al cliente. Al mismo tiempo que promover la mejora continua, gestionar solicitudes y oportunidades de mejora de una cartera de clientes alemanes, austríacos y suizos.
**Perfil**:
- Persona con alta automotivación y resolutiva.
- Persona con experiência con el trato al cliente.
- Valorable experiência en atención al cliente y gestión de pedidos.
- Dominio de Office 365 y Base de datos.
- Idiomas: alemán nativo e inglés nível alto. Se considerarán otros idiomas europeos.
