Atender y gestionar las consultas, solicitudes, quejas y reclamaciones de nuestros clientes/as, siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos establecidos para cada interacción cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad definidos por el Área de Customer enmarcada por la estrategia del Customer-centricty.
- Atender y gestionar las consultas, solicitudes, quejas y reclamaciones de nuestros clientes directos dentro de los KPI’s y SLA’s definidos por el Área de Customer enmarcada por la estrategia del Customer-centricty.
- Atender y gestionar las consultas, solicitudes, quejas y reclamaciones de nuestros clientes B2B dentro de los KPI’s y SLA’s definidos por el Área de Customer enmarcada por la estrategia del Customer-centricty.
- Gestionar las interacciones siguiendo los procesos y procedimientos establecidos cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad definidos por el Área de Customer para cada una de las tipologías de contacto y canales de comunicación.
- Participar en campañas outbound y de seguimiento comercial.
- Trabajar en equipo y bien coordinados siguiendo con la planificación del área y las indicaciones de los supervisores y coordinadores para cumplir con los objetivos de la unidad.
- Participar activamente en la mejora de los procedimientos y procesos.
- Participar con el área para incrementar % de negocio y actuar con proactividad y productividad.
- Apoyar al área en las funciones que le sean encomendadas.

**Requisitos**:
Necesaria: Formación Media, FP II, en atención al cliente o similar o Diplomatura o Grado en Turismo o similar.
Imprescindible inglés y francés.

Valorable: Formación en atención al cliente.
